ISLINGTON TOWNHOUSE
Located on the corner of a residential Islington street, this period townhouse benefits from elegant architectural features throughout. Arched Georgian windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood in, and high ceilings provide the perfect canvas for rich colours & textures.
This was a full design project in collaboration with Briony Fitzgerald. We installed a new internal layout consisting of new bathrooms, a kitchen and custom joinery. Before layering the rooms with carefully selected furniture and furnishings from distinguished, makers and artisans. The heritage of the building made it a natural showcase for carefully chosen antiques, amongst newer designs, and some regency inspired pieces, which come together, and successfully marry a range of design eras. It is the ideal home for clients who have spent years travelling and experiencing different cultures. And as keen chefs, the kitchen was at the heart of this scheme, a thoughtful, practical space, which opens up onto a peaceful garden - perfect for switching off from city life.
