CHELSEA TOWNHOUSE
A regency townhouse in Chelsea, this London Pied a Terre required an injection of warmth, texture and character.
Collaborating with a specialist painter, we finished the living room walls with a stippling brush technique playing with different tones & sheens, to create a velvety rich finish. Bespoke curtains by Lucy Bathurst hang like pieces of art in the large bay window - made from layers of velvet, linen & corduroy, they are reminiscent of a Kandinsky painting, joyful & abstract in their design.
And upstairs, custom joinery was designed around the client’s ever changing lifestyle. As they were often travelling, we worked to build a bedroom that felt homely, inviting and restful.
